A Bit About Me

Throughout my life, I have explored various paths. Growing up on a small farm in rural New Hampshire deepened my connection to the land. I have worked as a model, wrangler, construction worker, and chef, ultimately finding my way to regenerative practices both for Mother Earth and for Personal Health.

I hold a PhD in Soil Science from NCSU, a M.S. in Agricultural Science and a B.S. in Sustainable Agriculture from UNH, and a A.S. in Culinary Arts from Stratford University. As a classical-trained chef with over 20 years in hospitality, I enjoy engaging in discussions to improve food systems and often present at conferences for emerging farmers, emphasizing strong foundational practices. What I have learned through this process is that healthy food can be made available, but without the skills and knowledge, most people are overwhelmed by the prospect of healthy eating as a core part of their life.

My aim is to begin to help overwhelmed millennials make healthy meals at home with simple time saving meal solutions to fuel their bodies, kick the processed food habit, and clear the brain fog for good.

I have also been writing a memoir over the last year. I share my life journey, highlighting challenges and triumphs that shaped me. I aim to inspire readers to explore their skills and leverage their potential.
